The victorian wooden boat centre. for the last 30 years, the victorian wooden boat centre has been operating in melbourne's docklands. over this time it has served continuously to provide members of our community with an opportunity to learn and practice traditional and contemporary boat building skills.. The classic australian wooden power boat association is made up of enthusiasts from all over australia. you don't have to own a wooden power boat to become a member, but only wooden boats are permitted at our "gatherings". a large part of this website is our bulletin board.. The wooden boat guild of tasmania incorporated was formed in 1994 by a group wishing to keep and support wooden boat heritage and craft in tasmania. members of the wooden boat guild of tasmania see their role as being one of nurturing and educating in the art of wooden boat building and restoration..
