My second test run with single motor set up, while waiting for the twin motors from china. the mod hull performed fine after added the reverse chine to both sides above and below the water line. I made a thing! turns out the thing is slightly difficult to get on plane and behave like a fast airboat! its easy to make an amphibious rc car but harder to make one that can go fast!. Im trying to get a pic on here of a nitro rc airboat we made at home.all you need is a little sheet metal and a boogie board from walmart.we made a small motor stand screwed to a small sheet of sheet metal plate.we used dry wall screws and inserts to hold the stand to the boogie board.a small door hinge for a rutter.servo's mounted to stand.easy set up and with the right motor .65 and up.it.
